My love for making beautiful living spaces goes way back. Way back to about 4th grade. As soon as summer rolled around, my friend Sandy and I would venture out to all the new houses being built in the neighborhood and begin gathering supplies for our Dream Fort. Gathering up as many of their cast offs as we could muscle along, we built from the ground up. We proudly finished each model with wall to wall to ceiling carpet. These forts were plush. Not really water tight, but they were plush!

And so it began. A passion for building beautiful things that's followed me throughout my life.

Fast forward to the Tiny House movement, and it's no wonder I was captured from the start.....

I have logged many miles on my journey since my first wack of a hammer, including creating a sweet family of four kids while we built a thrilling assortment of homes from brand new to reinventing the old. As our family grew, we constructed  with sticks, stones, logs and even water, if you count our pool building years.

Suffice it to say, we've never been shy to create a new version of home. 

And all along, the driving force has always been my deep down hApPy to build beautiful things. 

It is with extreme joy that I'm here sharing this piece of tiny with you. From tiny forts to tiny homes, my circle is complete.
